Reiki
Reiki (ray*kee). Reiki is a form of energy healing originating in
Japan in the late 1800's. It is a spiritually guided energy that can
be channeled by a properly attuned (initiated) Reiki Practitioner. The
session is usually 30-60 minutes long and it can cause you to feel more
relaxed and calm, balanced, clear, energetic, and leave you with a feeling
of clean crisp well-being. The amazing and most profound truth of
Reiki is that it is truly so simple. There are no tools except that of
the open heart and the willingness to accept what is best for each of us in
the moment... open yourself to the possibility and tap into your inner
magic!
Karuna Reiki
Karuna is the Sanskrit term for "compassionate action". It is a
form of Reiki based on the Usui system of Reiki and uses a combination of 9
more symbols to create amazing and deep healing effects. Karuna is one
of the most potent energy techniques I have come in contact with... however
it is incredibly subtle in it's power. The Vibration of the Karuna
Symbols can create an even deeper level of healing and peace... while
the tones can lull you into another world where well being and health is
abundant!
Intuitive Healing
Intuitive healing is something that I believe everyone can do, some of us
are just a little more versed in using our intuition. Often times when
I work with a client I am able to feel collections of old and outdated
energy in the HEF (human energy field) or AURA as some people will call the
energy surrounding and permeating our physical bodies. These energy
disturbances can be caused from trauma, out dated belief systems, repetitive
thoughts, other people's thoughts and beliefs about you, depression, abuse,
diet, and unfelt emotions etc. By tapping into your energy field we
can essentially begin to take the unbalanced pieces of your individual
puzzle and reorganize them by creating understanding and then release them,
making room for the healthy, happy, well balanced life you desire!
Spirit Release
Sometimes when working with my clients I will become aware of the energy
of a completely different personality causing disturbance in their energy
field. These energies are gently directed away from the client and
into a more helpful and healing space within the Divine Light we are all
created from. Causing my clients to feel more clear headed and more
energetic. Our personal energy fields were created to support
ourselves and not other energies. Much like one car battery per car.
If there are more energies working on one energy field there is less vital
energy available to us and this can cause dysfunction at all levels of mind, body,

Qi Gong
Is a 5000 year old energy art for strengthening the flow of life force
and improving health. Qi Gong does what no other form of exercise can do.
While remaining in a “calm focused and relaxed state” - the body is
exercising. This allows blood and Qi to move through blockages that
normally cannot be crossed. Qigong differs from traditional forms of
exercise for 1 primary reason:
Qigong boosts muscle and strength, yet amazingly lowers cortisol.
This cortisol hormone (also known as the “stress hormone”) is the enemy of
longevity and breaks down muscle tissue creating inflammation in the body.
Jogging and weight lifting
actually accelerate the release of cortisol. Qigong enhances energy rather
than depletes energy, For these reasons Qigong is a superior form of
exercise and its healing power is well documented. (**
